No, we do not provide an exercise plan during the weight loss phase of the program. Of course, we don’t suggest a sedentary lifestyle, but intense exercising is not recommended. When your desired weight is achieved, we incorporate exercising to encourage toning and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Absolutely not! Our program incorporates natural, organic meat, veggies, and fruit you can purchase on your own wherever you’d like. This is a plan for real life, not a 30 day gimmick.
Great! We’ll show you how to lose those extra pounds quickly and eat for your specific body in mind so you can lose the weight and learn tools to maintain in the future.
This is totally doable! We’ve developed a plan to help you find the reasons behind your weight by identifying emotional triggers and foods that may be unhealthy for your specific body. We’ll give you a formula that you can use again and again to hit your goal weight and maintain it.
Our plan is normally meat based, however, it can be modified to best suit your needs. We recommend adding a few individual coaching sessions to your group challenge plan for anyone with special food needs.
